By accessing or using Microsoft 365 services provided by Manor Hill Productions as a guest user, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use these services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Microsoft 365 services provided by Manor Hill Productions are provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, are made. Using these services is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, there is no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses (including, without limitation, lost profits or damages arising from lost data or business interruption) arising out of or in any way connected with the use of these services, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (including contract, tort, or otherwise).
Guest User Responsibilities
It is agreed to use these services only for lawful purposes. Responsibility lies with the user for any content uploaded, stored, or shared through these services and warrants that the necessary rights to use and share such content are held. Do not engage in any illegal or harmful activities, or activities that could damage or interfere with systems or networks.
Third-Party Content and Services
Responsibility is not held for any third-party content, services, or websites accessible through Microsoft 365 services provided by Manor Hill Productions. Any dealings with third parties are at your own risk.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Howard County, Maryland.
Acceptance
By clicking “Accept” or continuing to use these services as a guest user, you acknowledge that these terms of use have been read, understood, and agreed to.
